   The country of Romania expands Birth To Three programs including Make Parenting A Pleasure and Welcome Baby to six sites with plans to expand nationally.

   The Citizens Crime Commission, an affiliate of Portland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, acknowledges Birth To Three as “high quality parent education” organization “through the early years of child rearing” in Kids Intervention Investment Delinquency Solutions publication.
   Holt International Children’s Services collaborates with Birth To Three to import our parenting education model to prevent child abandonment in Romania.

1999
   Federal Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention selects Birth To Three as model family strengthening program.
   The Lane County Psychologists Association presents Community Service Award to Birth To Three Executive Director Minalee Saks.

   The NEWSWEEK special Spring/Summer edition highlights Birth To Three as a pioneer parent education program.
   The KIDSNET/Commonwealth Fund National Media Project selects Birth To Three video one of top 50 media titles for parents of young children.

   Birth To Three is featured in the landmark Carnegie Corporation report “Starting Points: Meeting the Needs of Our Youngest Children” as one of “Two Programs That Improve Parents’ Childrearing Skills.”

1992
   The Federal Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention cites Birth To Three as one of the top 25 parenting programs in the United States.
   Birth To Three is featured in the National Family Resource Coalition publication, “Programs that Strengthen Families.”
   Birth To Three is highlighted in the United States General Accounting Office (GAO) report to the Senate titled “Child Abuse, Prevention Programs Need Greater Emphasis.”
