"Evening in Wonderland" Coming in 2012!
Join hosts Mike & Colleen Bellotti and Steve & Sheri Greatwood on March 9, 2012 for an elegant "Evening in Wonderland," the annual fundraising auction to benefit Birth To Three's parenting education and support services.
This whimsical night will sparkle with a live auction featuring brilliant packages of wonder, surprise and adventure donated by local businesses and individuals. Watch for special appearances from Alice, The Mad Hatter and other wonderland characters.
Get Involved in the 2012 Auction!
You can help make our biggest fundraiser of the year a success:
Become a sponsor: Sponsorships of various levels are available to businesses that want to partner with Birth To Three in supporting families and preventing child abuse and neglect. Our sponsor list is growing! Choose from sponsorships like the "Unbirthday Gift," the "Drink Me Table Wine," the "Tweedle Dee" package and many others. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities and sign up, contact Linda Weaver.
Donate an item or service: Don't be late for this very important date! You or your business can donate a live or silent auction package, a service, an item or a special bottle of wine to help make Birth To Three’s big evening a wonderland of bidding fun. Contact Terry Kirby for more information.
Host a table or purchase tickets: You can purchase a table for 10 for $1,000 or individual tickets to the auction for $125. Contact Michelle Morosky to register.
Volunteer: We also have an immediate need for volunteers for Evening in Wonderland to do everything from sitting on a planning committee to making decorations. We need people to solicit donations, put silent auction items together, do clerical and computer work, fold napkins, wrap gifts, help at the event, etc…if you have some time you’d like to contribute, we’d enjoy and appreciate your involvement. To volunteer, please contact Lindi Endicott (541-434-4355).
Our event friends make a big difference, too. Thanks, Sid Voorhees, Auctioneer Extraordinaire! And our deep gratitude goes to our title sponsor, Valley River Inn.
