Parents are their children's first and most important teachers and role models. The relationship created between parents and children during the earliest years of life has a profound impact on later growth and development, self-esteem, school performance and life achievements.

Since 1978, Birth To Three has brought parents together to share their parenting experiences, increase their knowledge of early childhood development, learn about community resources and create support networks among themselves. Many Birth To Three groups continue to meet on their own for years. Some groups have continued to meet since 1978!

Birth To Three's programs and services are for all families in our community who have infants and young children.
